Long Days is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive a defective product, we’re here to help.
Refunds and Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, you may do so as long as the item has not yet been shipped already. Pre-order magazines can be cancelled as long as we haven’t submitted our final order to the printer. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the item has shipped, our standard defective product refund policy applies.
Refunds and Exchanges for Defective Products
We offer refunds and exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must have been purchased directly from Long Days. If you bought a damaged or defective magazine from a stockist, you’ll be subject to their return and refund policy.
You must notify us of the defect within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide a clear description and photographic evidence of the defect.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with the following information:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs showing the defect (if applicable)
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
Products that are not defective
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
Sale or clearance items, unless they are defective
